How do you price a project?
We combine drawings, specs, site conditions, and material selections to create a fixed-price or cost-plus contract—whichever fits your project and risk comfort.
What’s included in the quote?
Labour, materials, project management, permits (if we’re applying), inspections, and cleanup—plus clear allowances for finish selections.
Can you help with design and drawings?
Absolutely. We can work with your architect/designer or provide design-build services, including concept, permit drawings, and engineering as needed.
What is your typical process?
Discovery → Site visit & estimate → Design & selections → Permits → Construction → Walkthrough & deficiencies → Final clean → Aftercare.
